Signing a document
When a business sends you a document to sign through FeatureFlight, you can review and sign it in your browser, with no account needed.
If a business you work with uses FeatureFlight, they can send you contracts, proposals, and other agreements to sign electronically. You don’t need a FeatureFlight account, and you can sign from any device.
Signing from the email
- Open the email asking you to sign, and click the link inside. The link is personal to you, so don’t forward it.
- The signing page opens in your browser. It shows the business’s name, the document, who sent it, and where every signer stands.
- Review the document, complete the fields assigned to you, and sign.
That’s it. The sender sees right away that you’ve signed.
If something in the document isn’t right, contact the sender before signing. You can also decline to sign, and the sender will see that you declined.
Signing from the client portal
If you already have access to the business’s client portal, you’ll also find documents waiting for you in the Signatures section there.
After everyone signs
Once every signer has signed, you’ll get an email with the final signed PDF, including a signature certificate page that records who signed and when. Keep it for your records.
