Paying an invoice

When your agency sends you an invoice through FeatureFlight, you can pay it online in a few clicks, with no account required to pay.

If your agency uses FeatureFlight’s invoicing, they can send you a link to pay online. Payment is handled securely through Stripe, a widely trusted payment processor, and your agency sees the payment recorded automatically as soon as it goes through.

Paying via the “Pay Now” link

Your agency will either email you an invoice or share a link directly. There’s no need to be logged in to FeatureFlight to pay:

1. Click the Pay Now link in your invoice email or the link your agency shared.
2. The invoice opens in your browser, showing a breakdown of what’s included and the total due.
3. Click Pay Now on the invoice page.
4. Enter your payment details on the secure Stripe-powered payment screen.
5. Click Pay. You’ll see a confirmation message once payment is complete.

That’s it. You don’t need to log in to FeatureFlight, create an account, or do anything else. The payment goes through immediately.

What happens after you pay

• You’ll see a Payment confirmed message on screen.
• The invoice status updates to Paid online automatically, so your agency can see this right away.
• Depending on how your agency has it set up, you may receive an email receipt.
