What happens on January 1, 2027
I understand Pro is free through December 31, 2026, and that keeping it after that requires a paid plan. I won't be charged unless I choose one.

Fair use, in plain terms
We're not going to nickel-and-dime you or police normal work. Free means free. The fair-use policy exists for one reason: so a small number of extreme or abusive cases can't degrade the platform for everyone else. For ordinary business use, you'll never bump into it.
Storage
Keep your projects, docs, and attachments in your workspace as you normally would. We only step in on storage that is wildly disproportionate to real business use, so think bulk archival or file-hosting, not your day-to-day work.
Automated activity
Scheduled invoices, recurring tasks, and the platform's built-in automations are all fair game. What isn't: scripted or bot-driven traffic that hammers the API or is designed to generate artificial load.
Send invoices, notifications, and client updates freely. The policy exists to stop bulk or unsolicited email (spam) being sent through FeatureFlight, which protects deliverability for everyone.
File uploads
Upload the files your work actually needs. We reserve the right to address uploads that are unlawful, abusive, or used to turn the workspace into general-purpose file storage.
AI
Your Pro workspace includes a monthly allotment of AI credits to use across every AI feature. If you need more, top-ups are available. AI is the one metered part of the program because each request carries a real per-use cost.

Who is the Founding Customer Program for?
Anyone who runs client work: agencies, freelancers, and consultants of any size. There's no cap on the number of users you can add to your workspace during the program.
What does “free” actually include?
The complete Pro plan: unlimited projects, unlimited team members, every AI feature, client portal access, analytics, goals, time-off management, and priority support. It's the full product, not a limited tier.
Will I be charged automatically when the program ends?
No. You don't enter a credit card to join the program, so there's nothing on file to charge. Beginning January 1, 2027, continued Pro access requires a paid subscription, so you'd actively choose a plan and add payment details then. If you do nothing, you simply won't be charged.
What are the standard prices after the program?
Starter is $19 per user/month and Pro is $39 per user/month, with roughly 21% off on annual billing. Those prices are shown on the pricing page today so you always know what your workspace becomes.
