Accessibility
Built to work for everyone.
We want FeatureFlight to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of how they navigate the web. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, and this page explains where we stand and how to reach us.
Our commitment
FeatureFlight is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines are the widely recognized standard for making web content more accessible to people with a broad range of abilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
We treat accessibility as part of building the product, not a one-time checklist. As we ship new pages and features, we test them against these standards and fix issues as we find them.
What we work to provide
- Color and contrast that meet WCAG AA minimums for text, controls, and focus states.
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link on every page.
- Semantic HTML and landmarks, with ARIA used only where native elements fall short.
- Labeled form fields, clearly marked required fields, and errors that are announced to assistive technology.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” system setting, so decorative animation stops when you ask it to.
- Meaningful alternative text for informative images, and status conveyed with text, never color alone.
Reporting an accessibility issue
We know we won't catch everything. If you run into a barrier using this site, whether it's something that's hard to read, doesn't work with your keyboard or screen reader, or isn't announced correctly, please tell us. Your reports directly shape what we fix next.
Email us at hello@featureflight.io with the page address and a short description of the problem, including the browser and assistive technology you were using if you can. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and will work with you on a resolution or a reasonable alternative.
You can also reach us through our contact page.
A note on scope
We're committed to accessibility, but we don't claim full or certified conformance. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a target we are actively working toward, not a completed audit independently verified by a third party. If any statement here ever conflicts with your experience, the barrier you hit is what matters to us. Please report it and we'll address it.
